Greetings St. Gregory School Community!

I am honored and excited to join St. Gregory School as the interim principal. As an experienced educator and advocate for holistic student development, I am deeply committed to fostering a vibrant, faith-centered community of learners dedicated to academic excellence and personal spiritual growth.

My academic journey reflects my passion as a lifelong learner. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, Elementary, and Special Education from Slippery Rock University, two master’s degrees from Duquesne University in Educational Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership, Administration, and Policy Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the transformative power of education and prepared me to lead with vision and purpose.

I have dedicated 15 years to education as both a teacher and administrator in Catholic, private, and public schools. During that time, I developed district-wide programs focused on student and staff well-being, designed academic summer camps and after-school STEM and intramural athletics programs, and implemented safety and security trainings, policies, and procedures. I have had the opportunity to work closely with executive boards and central offices to advocate for faculty and students, draft strategic proposals, negotiate budgets, and introduce innovative solutions to increase enrollment and add new revenue streams.

In addition to my extensive background in education, I have been fortunate to gain valuable experience in the corporate sector. Most recently, I served as Director of University Relations at Finch AI, where I built meaningful partnerships with colleges and universities and worked to expand student opportunities through robust internship programs for both undergraduate and graduate level students. Before that, I was a Senior Marketing Manager for Amazon, leading the Public Sector team and managing over 100 large scale global events. These roles enhanced my ability to leverage technology in the education space at all levels of learning. I worked closely with c-suite leadership teams to execute complex initiatives, adhere to deadlines, foster collaboration, and drive results with forward thinking marketing and event strategies and initiatives.

Faith and family are central to who I am. My husband and I live in Butler, where we have raised two daughters. Our oldest, lives in Florida, pursuing a career in baking and pastry and our youngest, is an active 8th grader involved in competitive gymnastics, cheerleading, and track. As a family, we enjoy spending time outdoors with friends. Camping, boating, jet skiing, traveling and the beach are just a few of our favorites. I believe each of us are tasked with a responsibility to foster a faith filled life for ourselves but also all of those whom we are entrusted to care for. We must always remember to “Keep Moving Forward, God Will Show Us The Way”.

It is a privilege to step into this role and contribute to the strong foundation of faith and excellence that defines St. Gregory School. I look forward to working closely with families, faculty, and staff to nurture the spiritual, academic, and personal growth of each student. Together, we will continue to build a community of learners united in purpose and guided by our shared values.
